'Chantal and Christian were great hosts. Christian met us upon arrival and helped us with our luggage again on check out. This was important because parking is a distance from the unit and has a significant incline. It is a studio unit with a direct view of the beach (no units in front of it). Romantic Getaway Near Orient Bay Beach

'The apartment was lovely, once we found it. We were fortunate to find a friendly gentleman who called the owner for clarification as to the location of our apartment. Be aware that parking is not nearby and so a few trips with luggage may be in order. The space was sufficient and close to the beach to watch the sunrise. The pool was very nice. There were not face wash cloths that we could find, so maybe bring a few with you. Overall it was a nice apartment and was adequate for our needs.'

'The place was clean and ready when we arrived. If you are American be prepared for the stove and countertop to operate by French rules- totally fine. Also, the only en-suite bedroom is the one on the first level. I wasn't sure about that until we got there. You'll have to leave the bedroom to access the bathrooms. 'The condo exceeded our expectations! It was much more spacious than we expected and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies, including coffee filters, paper towels, and dishwashing and dishwasher detergent. The washing machine and dryer were very helpful, and laundry detergent was supplied. The view of the ocean was beautiful! Access to the Marriott facilities was a bonus, especially for our adult children. We're already thinking about a return trip next year!'

'We’ve stayed in 3 different places in St Martin. We would stay in this location again. This definitely is as beautiful as described. This has a central location making it easy to drive anywhere from Grand Case to Phillipsburg. 'I clicked quiet. There were some dogs barking at night, but overall it is a very quiet neighborhood. The place is very nice and clean and they do the cleaning very neatly. My brother lost one of the keys and the owner of the appartment was very kind to bring a spare key to us!! "Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."
