'I clicked quiet. There were some dogs barking at night, but overall it is a very quiet neighborhood. The place is very nice and clean and they do the cleaning very neatly. My brother lost one of the keys and the owner of the appartment was very kind to bring a spare key to us!! 'When you rent with Chantal and Christian, you are not customer but you become part of their family. They make sure that we will have a best time in St Maarten. They helped us with the rental car, they booked a restaurant for us, they suggested us the best places to visit and go shopping. They were both available for us at anytime. 'I came to spread my husband’s ashes on his favorite beach, Orient Bay. The condo was in the perfect location to do this. I felt very safe as the area has gates to the public road and to the pools.
