"Fantastische ervaring! Gewoon super! Schoon netjes , hele fijne mensen die alles goed uitleggen ! En de kamer was ook heel prettig alles aanwezig. 25 mbit wifi ik zou het iedereen aanraden "

"Leuk groot hotel met veel faciliteiten. Schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel en een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. "

"De kamer lag op de begane grond naast de bar. De entertainment in de bar gaf elke avond veel geluidsoverlast. De locatie was dicht bij het strand, maar achteraf voor ons veel te toeristisch. Er waren veel faciliteiten, uitgebreid ontbijt, zwembaden, etc. Maar alles was voor ons veel te massaal. "

"Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!"

"Prima hotel op een prachtige locatie. In begin was er een communicatie probleem met betrekking tot de kamer, maar deze werd snel verholpen door de manager en een compensatie aangeboden."

"We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. The rest was so far away that you usually couldn't even hear them, so you won't be bothered by this."

"Fijn en mooi hotel. Vele faciliteiten. Ondanks de omvang was er nooit het gevoel van drukte. Goede ligging (dichtbij luchthaven en bij Palma). Het hotel ligt in een uitgangsbuurt en de nachten kunnen rumoerig zijn, maar dit stoorde ons niet! "
