'Super soft sheets and cozy bedding in a quiet neighborhood made for a great night's sleep in this spot. Danny was an excellent communicator and the location was perfect for us to stay while we visited our family over the holidays. Full kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal and the living room had ample space to hang out. Great spot - will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others in the area!'

'The minute we arrived, the kids's lit up when they saw the amazingly large pool. Andy got us checked in and we loved having so many bed options for the kids so they had their own spaces. We were actually working remotely and the wifi worked well enough for 3 of us on laptops and I was able to take meetings next to the pool! This worked perfectly for our needs and was only 5 minutes away from food options.'

'Great communication and easy check-in. This property is ideally located to the freeway and accessing Simi Valley. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, especially outlets and USB chargers in the bedrooms. We’ll be looking to see if it’s available next time we visit family in Simi Valley ! '

'Geweldige locatie en leuk om een keer in de Airstream te hebben ovetnacht. Het interieur was wel gammel inclusief de bedbank. Die is aan vervanging toe. Wij raden de verhuurder aan om de gescheurde kussen te vetvangen. Het is duidelijk dat je voor de plek en de belevenis betaald, maar is niet heel comfortabel en netjes.'

'We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the only issue was NOT wanting to leave. Our hosts contacted us a few days ahead of our stay to ask if we could switch accommodations from the Mermaid suite to the Japanese Tea House. It was all an adventure and perfectly fine with us. WOW. The Tea House was absolutely amazing. Very cool, very earthy and comfortable.We loved absolutely every minute of our time in Topanga and planning to return for a much longer visit. 'Our adult son stayed in this unit during Thanksgiving while we (parents) stayed in the upstairs unit. It worked out very well. We were asked to rate the pool, but we are not aware of any pool here. It is most curious! There is no NA category, so I put a 1 since every question requires an answer of some kind. '
