'Bij aankomst bij het hotel blijkt de tweepersoons kamer op hotels.com de duurdere kamer voor 4personen te zijn. Wanneer we vragen of we van kamer mogen wisselen is men hiertoe niet bereidt (scheelt $25 p/n).
Verder lijkt het hotel eerder een B&B met z'n alleen aan de ontbijttafel...
Locatie ten aanzien van et vliegveld is wel perfect'

'everything at Las Hortensia's was amazing. it's close to the airport, and the grounds are very clean and beautiful. the host is amazing. she scheduled a airport pickup for us, and arranged a taxi for the next day. my daughters loved the dogs on the property, and so did I and my wife.
I highly recommend staying here, it exceeded my expectations.'

'Lovely serene location. Amazing host Johan who helped us so much including arranging the bike ride and helped with towels/caps for the baths.
Appreciate the detailed attention given by Johan to our group and make our stay memorable.

'The owners are fantastic hosts -- they go way above and beyond to give you the best experience!!! Not only do they provide a very clean and comfortable and extremely affordable place to stay, but they will walk around the community with you to show you highlights, they will help to arrange transportation, and offer suggestions of how and where to find what you are looking for!!
This is a very convenient place to stay if you are wanting to head into Otovalo. The Araque area and San Pablo area...
