« Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks! »

« After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning.
