Let wel: volgens hotels.com is de kredietkaart enkel nodig om het verblijf te bevestigen, en betaal je pas ter plaatse op de manier die je zelf wenst, maar in de praktijk haalt het hotel onmiddellijk na boeking het volledige bedrag van je kaart. Volgens hen ook volkomen normaal, ze hadden geen boodschap aan wat er op...

'The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. The room was spotless and was cosy with nice lighting, a fireplace and electric heating. There is a lovely hike up to the top of the mountain, too. The whole place is very clean and organized with both indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Great for couples and families alike. '

Don’t follow google maps. Hotel has placed signs all over for directions. Dirt roads for about 10km. Call early so they will direct well. '

'The owners Roberto and Karen are absolutely wonderful. They offer amazing activities for a great price. Breakfast is included but lunch and dinner are available for a great price on site. The food is wonderful. There is a large pool that is great to swim in. The roads in the area are great for running and walking. The place is situated in a lovely area. '
