'Alles war wunderbar. Die Unterkunft ist direkt neben dem Tempel. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab auch einen Raucherraum. Gegenüber ist zwar eine Feuerwehrstation, davon hat man aber nichts mitbekommen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. 100% Weiterempfehlung!'

'Great stay at Cross Suites in Asakusa. This is a fairly new property, so many taxi drivers aren't familiar with it yet. It had everything our family needed and in a great location'

'Such a beautiful place. So comfortable, clean and cozy. Felt like home but way nice. the loveliest owner, yoshi made our stay so welcoming and comfortable. We hope to stay again one day. Thank you so much!'

'Spacious rooms are hard to find in Tokyo, but illi haku Asakusa has them. Lots of room for 3 friends travelling together. Hotel surroundings are quiet, but close to transit, food, and activities. Staff are friendly and helpful, our forwarded luggage was in our room when we arrived. Would stay again.'

'Great stay at this hotel. Spacious and clean room. Enjoyed the geisha performance (every Friday) as well. '

'great location'

'Super service, good location and very friendly and helpful staff! '

'Incredible onsen ryokan experience. The property is immaculate and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back'

'Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to temple, next to train station, Family Mart, and right in the heart of tourist attractions. You can see Tokyo Tree from main street, which is delightful! Room was a good size and plenty of space for family of 3. We also love that hotel is right on the river, which we took walks nightly for fresh air. The staff Coco taught us how to use the train, which we got pretty good after the 1st day so 2nd day we took the train everywhere with confidence. Last but not...

'Friendly staff and easy acces to public transportion with plenty of restaurants nearby.'

'Excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is very clean and comfortable. Would definetly recommend.'

'Geweldig hotel!

'Had an amazing stay! Our room was lovely and spacious, and very clean!'

'Muy buena ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes cerca'

'Even though understandable, shoes in shoe lockers at the reception is irritating. The floors are not exactly clean. '

'A pleasant suite, with friendly hosts, in a very convenient area. I was only in Tokyo for a short while, but staying at MIMARU SUITES Asakusa helped me feel I was in my own apartment. After days pscked with activities and experiences, the cozy vibe really let me relax and unwind at my own pace.'
