« The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools. »

« Host is super responsive, checkin/out was a breeze. We are a group of adventure (biking, hiking, rafting, etc) gals who pick a destination for 4 days/3 nights once a year. I look for a CLEAN, affordable, centrally located VRBO that has multiple bathrooms & bedrooms, a/c, outdoor amenities and a large, well lit common area. « We had a great trip in Harper's Ferry. Alex's place was clean and just as pictured. Lots of cool things to check out in the house. Loved the house plants and neat decorations everywhere. Alex was very responsive when we had a few questions. Loads to do downtown, which is about a mile from the house. Check out The Rabbit Hole or Snallygasters if you're looking for some good food and drinks that is walkable distance. Tons of history in the area. Hiking trails close by. Little shops to poke...

« We had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous house! It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very relaxing. Our group had kids and adults of all ages and everyone had a fantastic time. The brewery next door is an added bonus, and we didn’t have any issues with noise or crowds. We will definitely stay here again. »

« The Barn made it possible for us to have a fantastic, memorable weekend in Berkeley Springs. The Barn is beautifully furnished and all the furniture was functional and stylish. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen is thoughtfully well-stocked. We made use of all the amenities: the fire pit to roast marshmallows, the laundry room, the BBQ grill and the hot tub (new and clean)! « This was a perfect place for us for our long weekend of hiking. Within a couple miles of two major trailheads, it was easy to get around without driving/parking. The house was comfortable and as advertised. We really enjoyed our visits to Snallygaster’s, The Barn, and Bolivar Bread (all within walking distance) and Harpers Ferry Brewing (a short drive). Overall a great trip and a great stay for us. »

« Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus!
