'Allereerst bij inchecken, 17.15 uur, werd ons vertelt dat wij veel te laat waren( volgens reservering-gegevens inchecken vanaf 16.00 uur). Wij hebben 2 nachten overnacht in Cedar Cove, onze kamer is echter nooit schoongemaakt en verder werd het dak vernieuwd, heel veel lawaai dus en ook overal rommel van het vernieuwen van het dak op de veranda. 'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...
