« The room first given had no cover over the shower head with piercing water burning my body that I couldn't face it to shower and no drain trap to raise up and down to let water go down strain, therefore standing in water. toilet wouldn't flush toilet paper until 3 flushes. Jason desk staff on duty took care to move me immediately after that awful shower experience to another room. He was blocking that room unavailable and put in a work order for maintenance before assigning it out again. ...

« I didn’t like that the building was under repair but other than that it was fine- nothing great but nothing bad »

« This hotel has seen better days. The room was clean but the common areas were very well worn. We stayed for four nights and the room was not cleaned during that time. Parking was easy and area felt safe. The hotel has the standard free breakfast. The staff was all very friendly. In particular, one gentleman who worked the breakfast area was regularly interacting with guests to ask about the food and wiped down tables as soon as guests left. »

« The room was very clean and comfortable and check-in was very easy. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety including hot and cold items. We had an accessible room which was nice. The only issue was the shower head was positioned so that you had to hold it or it sprayed water out onto the floor. It would have been nice to have a holder that pointed the head toward the floor.
