I hope this helps anyone looking for a (non breed specific pet inclusive getaway). This house is perfect for a large group or family. With 4 bedrooms upstairs, bunk beds downstairs, but also plenty of other space for relaxing or to spread out and have separation. Also perfect for having some game or movie watching and family time downstairs. They even left snacks downstairs in the mini kitchen for movie watching time! We stayed here for New Years and were close to Pigeon Forge attractions, grocery and shopping. But also could avoid most of the high traffic by taking all the back and side streets to get around. The house is out on some winding roads and curves but not terrible if you take it slow. It is up a slight hill but not on the side of a cliff or something you couldn’t drive up with front wheel drive. The house and property is clean, smells amazing, with updated appliances, towels and bedding. Nothing that looks borrowed or worn out. The floors are just beautiful! We loved how the rooms were themed to Dolly Parton movies. The furniture and beds are super comfortable. We all had no issues sleeping in! Also, I have never stayed in a VRBO that was this well stocked! They provided us with everything we needed for the stay for cooking, laundry, shower, plenty of blankets, clean up and even instructions for how to operate every amenity in the house. Everything is also labeled! The host is quick to get back to you with any questions or concerns. Just book it!
