Mountain Location & Road Conditions: Our cabin is nestled high atop Parrot Mountain, offering stunning views and peaceful seclusion. While the roads leading to the property are paved and well maintained year-round they are mountain roads and in the event of snow you will need 4 wheel drive.

Highly recommend this comfortable cabin in the mountains. The best possible proximity and convenience to Dollywood. The layout of the cabin is perfect for multiple families. The downstairs bedroom with the wall of windows was my favorite - waking up to natural sunlight. The kids LOVED watching Dollywood fireworks every night from the comfort of the hot tub. The host has thought of everything. Extra pillows and blankets galore. Our family of 8 (including teens who can only use a towel once) never ran out of towels. The fireplace was delightful after a chilly day at the park. There were helpful notes everywhere. It was slightly difficult to find in the dark. Yes, that is a road to your right. Trust the process.

Overall good. Everything was operational. Plenty of space. Great location. Excellent communication. Plenty of towels. Improvement Areas: Cleaning could be better( tootpaste in sink, countertop and table had a dirty film). Cabin has seen a lot of use and looks worn. View was almost totally obstructed by trees.

Close to everything.

Close to Dollywood, we could see the fireworks each night, plenty of room for multiple people. Clean, fully stocked kitchen with comfortable beds and great communication with the owner. We had 3 vehicles between the family and was a tight fit but able to park in the driveway. We were very happy and comfortable here.

Tennessee Getaway

The property was perfect for our family's needs. Sitting out on the deck each night watching the fireworks at Dollywood was a bonus. Our grown children enjoyed the hot tub to relax from their normal stressful lives, as well as enjoying some friendly pool competition. The location was perfect for us to enjoy so many adventures around the area.

Cliff hanger cabin

Overall good. No yard for 2-5 year olds.Parking hard for more than 2 cars.Close to Dollywood, absolutely!!My 85 year old Mom had a hard time climbing into main floor bed, which was the only bed she could get to , as she can't navigate stairs and she wanted the beautiful windows cleaned!!Her mattress was great once she got in it. Upstairs king mattress and box springs need to be replaced, period, but space and bathrooms were great.Downstairs /basement seemed like a great space for my 30-40 year olds.

Nice Family vacay

The place has 4 good size bdrms and 3 full baths . We had 6 adults and 5 kids 10 and under and there was plenty of room. We did cook breakfast twice. Plenty of utensils. Nice hot tub. Nice fireplace! The place is very close to Dollywood. The house is on a steep hill but once you do it once, it’s ok. Not nearly as bad as some I’ve done in that area! Only complaint I had is that if you are a light sleeper, this may be a rough place for you. The stairs squeak really bad. You hear everything when anyone gets up to use the bathroom or gets up early. You don’t notice during the day as much but at night when it’s quiet, stairs make a lot of noise! Never woke kids up though! Overall, we had a great time!!!

Family Thanksgiving

We stayed with a group of 10. 8adults and two kids and had plenty of space and beds for everyone. The hot tub was a hit with the kids while the adults enjoyed the gas fireplace. We also got to see the fireworks at Dollywood on Friday night from the porch. We visited Dollywood which is a short drive down the hill and we went to Ober mtn. Overall great time with family.

Feels secluded, but close to town

We had a lovely stay at this cabin. It was very close to Dollywood and between Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The cabin was spacious with private bedrooms, a big kitchen and dining area, and lots of great sitting options. Fantastic view and you could see the Dollywood fireworks each night!

Lovely cabin, poor maintenance

We arrived for an 85th birthday trip for my mom’s birthday. A smoke alarm beeped every three minutes until the next afternoon. We searched for 4 hours to figure out where the beeping was coming from. A worker came to search, but couldn’t figure it out either. Also, the hot tub was not on- a breaker had flipped and I had to figure that out. It was a lovely cabin, but the lack of detail in maintenance was a problem. Management called us and tried to help, but the smoke alarm beeping made it difficult to sleep one night.
