Motels in Northern Rivers Rail Trail

'We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The downstairs rooms have a back door that leads to the gorgeous pool area. The room was clean and comfortabel and the staff was lovely and accommodating. And breakfast was great: there are various options to choose from, cooked or not. We only walked around a little, the center isn't very big, but we walked to the beach (approx. 15 minute walk) and it was beautiful there'

'It was overall very good'

'Prima accomodatie op loopafstand van het strand. Helaas veel (jonge) luidruchtige mensen in plaatsje én accomodatie. Er is een boete in hotel voor geluidoverlast maar er wordt niet gehandhaaft. '

'Clean, lovely room with a plant! Adorable!!'

'Tried to rebook directly - rang the door buzzer/ left written messages but no dice - need to give feedback on the room quote urgently'

'Nice motel, very near to the Gold Coast airport but not much noise from the planes. Convenietly located for a roadtrip start. Very good service. '

'The front door to unit 19 was hard to open but otherwise everything was amazing'

'The lovely cleaner Christine let us in one room early as we had to attend a wedding. She was very polite and helpful. We would stay there again.'

'Een ruime kamer zeer dichtbij het strand en ook heel dichtbij het centrum van Byron Bay'

'Close to town, easy walk. Lovely view of mountains.'

'The cold tap on the bathroom sink didn;t work. The 2 kitchen chairs both dipped in the middle and you felt like you were sitting in a hole.'

'The best location in Byron Bay- the shops and restaurants of the town centre literally start next door. Yet, it was still quiet at night. The room was nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. If you're looking for a great location and good value for money, then I highly recommend.'

'Great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop as well as the beach. The room had everything we wanted including a very comfortable bed.'

'Clean and good for the price, very convenient to the airport'

'The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the thai around the corner and coffee shop which was open from 5am. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay. Just avoid having a room 1 to 3 and its close to the street and right above the restaurant which didnt quiet down til 10:30'

'Relatively old property but well maintained close to a lot of amenities (shopping) and to the Tweed Heads Bowling Club. Virtual staff but all worked well. For those looking for relatively low cost accommodation, this is recommended.'

'Vriendelijke receptie en ik was blij dat ik een kamer op de eerste verdieping had en mijn koffer niet nog een extra trap op hoefde te dragen.'

'Heerlijk verblijf in mooi rustig plaatsje bij de zee. Naast een drukke en rumoerige pub gelegen.'

'An excellent example of a small motel. Family run. Perfectly maintained. Friendly service.'
