'Our host was excellent and very helpful in offering suggestions about the neighborhood. The apartment is in excellent condition and well stocked with kitchen ware, soaps, towels and extra bedding. Lu'o'ng's apartment is in an excellent location, close to good dining, great grocery stores, hiking, and shopping either at the mall or Almaden Plaza. We love this place'

'Great location walkable to everything you need. Friendly neighbors. As others have mentioned there is noise in the upstairs unit. Large overhead lights. The lights on the bed did not work because the batteries were dead. '

'The check in process is easy and the location is very convenient. The air conditioners in the bedrooms are very quiet. The rooms are clean but a few misc. notes. There is no tissue being provided, we have to go shopping for tissues. We can only find three coffee mugs in the kitchen cabinets (we have 4 people). The Keurig cup was left in the brewer (not sure how long it has been there). Since we are not sure the brewer has been cleaned or not so we boiled water for the instant coffee which...
