'This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! It was priced great, had way more room in the suite than many other hotels. The staff was very friendly helpful and got to my needs immediately. (Nothing was wrong, I just couldn’t figure out how to work the tv). But they sent someone to program it and make sure that both TVs worked before they left the room. The only complaint I have is that the key cards kept erasing so I had to go have it reprogrammed 4-5 times in the 2 days I was...

'The room didn’t match the photos or description. It was poorly maintained and unclean. I contacted the hotel and Expedia, but they didn’t do anything. Not recommended. I left the property and I did not receive a refund '

'They were very rude to me as soon as I came in. Not to mention the room was very dirty hair in bed old sheets room smelled also towels were stained all over . I wouldn’t go back here'

'The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

'Was not as pictured. Ran down and unsafe area to stay. Paint pilling from the building not all doors would close. Random people hanging around outside. '

'The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.'
