« Room furnishings were old and dark. Breakfast was good. »

« Parking and Breakfast was good, However, I wasn't told that they only clean rooms every other day and if you want your room clean you have to request it. So to my surprise I came back to my room and it was still not cleaned. Also the TV stop connecting to the WIFI. I called for someone and was told someone would come then told to unplug everything to see if that worked. It did not work I informed the front desk and was told someone was coming no one never came to fix the TV. No a happy camper...

« This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. »
