« Very clean older home lovingly restored. A few quirks (example one step was a few inches longer that was unexpected), a mix of modern and old charm. The location is across from an ice cream/grill - we didn’t try it but did try the bbq place recommended by the host and it was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see our host provided eggs, bagels, oatmeal, waffles (freezer) and snacks. We selected the main bedroom which had plenty of space. « This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. « Overall everything was as advertised. The home was clean & well cared for. I would definitely recommend this home as a perfect house on a lake. It has a spacious deck off the living/dining room & a good size dock where my grandchildren enjoyed fishing. There are also 2 kayaks to use. »
