The space stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning. An open back porch allows you to enjoy the shaded summer breezes or during a rainy day. A single bathroom upstairs with the three bedrooms includes a hair dryer and toiletries for added convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from utensils to pans to spices, even a crock pot and a grill for those that like to barbeque. We have off street parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is available (weather permitting) The house is only a 10 min walk to downtown to many coffee shops and restaurants and breweries. Just beyond that is our beautiful Seneca Lake. Which offers walking paths and a pier, Now all you have to do is to be ready to enjoy Geneva as much as my family does.
