Villa Khaleesi in Petitenget, the jewel of Seminyak, is where imagination meets reality. Three luxury king bedroom suites, stunning indoor and outdoor living areas, rooftop deck and terrace, a private 15m lap pool, framed by a 50 year old tamarind tree, decor and art inspired by Game of Thrones and Balinese history.

We want our guests to experience a relaxing, energising beach holiday in the privacy of a spacious Seminyak villa. The 10 meter high atrium living room welcomes generous amounts of tropical sunlight, and fold back doors make it an indoor-outdoor space. The doors can be closed to allow for a fully air-conditioned space.

The outdoor lounge at the end of the pool is a daytime focal point. The stunning suar wood table, Bali daybed, sun chairs and colourful bar area of recycled Javanese boats make this room a favourite place to chill.

The Tyrion Terrace on the first floor roof, under the Tamarind tree, is another great place to relax with shade and a refreshing breeze most days. The lawn bar on the second level roof is ideal for sunrise and sunset - on a clear day you can see Mt Agung and Mt Kintamani.

The 15 meter pool is perfect for lap swimming, great just to cool off or share pool-edge conversation with friends in the outdoor lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with stovetop, oven and microwave - ideal for holiday entertaining or making something simple. Full breakfasts are included each morning and our chefs can be called upon for onsite lunch or dinner.

All bedrooms are spacious with super king sized beds (2m x 2m), large wardrobes and luxurious ensuite bathrooms. There are even double USB ports next to every bed for easy charging of devices. We want our guests to feel as we would want to feel on holidays.

Villa Khaleesi has the latest eero wifi system ensuring great internet access and enabling streaming through the Apple TV of music, TV and movies. Sign in with your own iTunes account and access your own library.

Fans of Game of Thrones will recognize highlights in the design that celebrate the TV series. Dragons welcome and protect you from the entrance and Khaleesi oversees the Great Hall atrium space. Enthusiasts will also spot the emblems of the Kingdoms carved into one of our day beds.

The neighborhood

We love our location. We are in a local Balinese neighbourhood and you will experience the daily life of local people, children playing in the street and elders blessing their temples. You will immediately feel the essence of a seaside Bali holiday, without any compromise to lifestyle.
We’re just a short walk to the beach, and an equally short walk to the most desirable food, fashion, bars and clubs in Bali. The villa pays homage to the local village heritage and is located in a hidden hamlet, shaded by mango, tamarind and frangipani trees.

Getting around

So much is within walking distance. If you need to get somewhere a little further afield, we like to hail a taxi - they are very cheap in Bali. We also have a number of drivers we know and trust who will be happy to take you out for the day. Prices vary depending on time and distance.
You may elect to rent a scooter or car, though it's not necessary. We advise against renting a motorbike unless you own a bike at home and are a confident rider. If you decide to rent a vehicle, there is a carpark for you.
