Simply Spectacular!

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Godi Star as a party of 6 adults. I can’t say enough great things about the property, the area, the views… and most importantly the service experience we had from the owner. Stanko was highly engaged in ensuring all of our needs were met. He recommended restaurants and places to explore daily. He set up boat tours and catered dinners, and prepared beautiful breakfasts for us every day. The whole experience was simply spectacular! Thank you again Stanko.

Gorgeous Oasis

Our family had an amazing vacation with Stanko. The villa was gorgeous with plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living area. But the real treat was having Stanko help us the entire time we were there. He really made the vacation. He was so helpful with everything from pick up to dinner reservations to pickingup Olive oil that we had left at the Olive Oil store. We would definitely return.

Amazing week at Villa Godistar with superstar host

We just spent a spectacular week at Villa Godi Star. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable and the amenities were top notch. While at the Villa, we spent the large majority of our time in the outdoor oasis. This includes a beautiful pool, an outdoor kitchen and charcoal grill, and an incredible view of the bay. It was perfect. What sets Godi Star apart however, is the exceptional concierge service provided by Stanko. He was receptive to all of our needs with a friendly, easy-going attitude. He is well-connected in Croatia and was able to recommend and book us large party reservations on Brac and beyond (Dubrovnik, Split). He facilitated our grocery shopping, provided transportation wherever needed, and arranged a boat trip day island-hopping which was a highlight. We highly recommend Stanko and Villa Godi Star and hope to return one day! Hvala!

Fantastic Stay!

The villa is exactly as advertised and we absolutely loved our stay there. We were a group of twelve travelers and we fit very comfortably. All rooms have a gorgeous view of the sea and individual balconies. Stanko was an excellent host in all kinds of ways and even took us shopping for our groceries when we arrived. You honestly can't ask for a better host. Can highly recommend this property.

Superbe séjour

Une semaine incroyable passée entre amis! Les 5 chambres sont superbes (grandes, bien équipées, silencieuses). La vue de chacune d elles (avec terrasses) est splendide. Accès par des escaliers à un petite plage pour baignade dans une eau transparente. Notre hôte Stanko a été à nos petits soins. Il organise incroyablement le séjour (transferts, sorties bateau, repas, petit-déjeuners...), toujours avec le sourire. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa.

Beautiful property, great outside area, all mod cons and very comfortable. Superb cove, for swimming and paddle boarding. a great place to turn off and relax. Stanko was a a fantastic host, very attentive and threw in a special Croatian dinner for our birthday celebration. The villa does have internet but it is patchy and maybe not sufficient if expecting to be able to work every day. Stanko is doing everything he can to improve it.

Villa Godi Star

Villa Godi Star and host Stanko were both absolutely first class during our week long stay on Brac in early October. Our group comprised two families totalling 4 adults and 5 teenage girls. We fitted comfortably in the three level villa, with plenty of bedrooms and tonnes of space for everyone, whether we were hanging out together or if you needed some alone time with a little peace and quiet. The amenities throughout the villa are absolutely top notch. All bedrooms are ensuite, with TVs and reasonable wifi throughout the large house. The pool area (where we spent much of our time) is superb, lots of deck-chairs, sun lounges and day beds as well as a fully-appointed outdoor entertainment area, with couches, sound system, TV and wifi, not to mention the wonderful pool. There's also a big outdoor dining area with seating for 10 where we ate Stanko's magnificent breakfast (included as part of our stay) which he and his partner prepared for us each morning. The view from the pool deck over the bay is delightful, changing throughout the day as the sun moves and finally sets. We also witnessed a lightning storm which was spectacular from the villa. The villa has access to a lovely little bay with a pebble beach, just a short 50 or so steps down (though it feels longer coming back up). The villa has a few deck chairs down by the beach, and snorkelling gear too, so you can take a closer look through the crystal clear water at all the fish, and there are heaps! There are also a couple of bikes available at the villa that some in our group used. The nearest towns (Sumartin & Selca) are only a short drive away with the views of Sumartin as you head into town something to remember. There's a small supermarket and several restaurant and eating options in Sumartin, but by the end of our week several had started to close for the season. Stanko was an excellent host, right from the word go when we had to modify our original dates slightly, he was super helpful and completely accommodating throughout. His communication once we booked and in the lead-up to our stay was always prompt and clear, friendly and helpful. He made lots of excellent recommendations to us, where to eat locally and on the island generally, places to visit and things to do. Nothing seemed to much trouble. I can't recommend Villa Godi Star (and Stanko) highly enough - awesome! We had an absolutely fantastic 5-star stay that has created so many life-long memories. Thanks again Stanko!

3 families with 6 children and 6 adults for 7 days – a wonderful stay with good help from our lovely hosts, Stanko and Vesna. Everything lived up to our expectations and more.
