'Worst place I have ever stayed in. Outside entrance to rooms, however it's advertised as a grand hotel, not a white trash motel. Refrigerator in first room was broken and defrosted and leaked all the floor and I slipped through the puddle. Lights didn’t work. Got switched to another room with loud banging AC unit and broken TV, volume wouldn't go any lower than 100. Continental breakfast was awful and nasty. One of the staff shouldn't be in customer service hotel hospitality field. ...
