'I got a room there for Planet Con because it was really close to the convention. However I did not enjoy my stay because they did not have any handicap parking at the hotel. I had to pay for parking at the end of the block. I had to walk a long distance and that was extremely difficult due to my disability.'

'Heating didn't work properly - could not get temperature above 60 degrees (highly uncomfortable in KC during Winter). Asked for a solution twice, but the issue was never resolved.'

'Room 100 has no hot water, i had to go to room 409 when i needed to shower, also the a/c did not work in room 100, they brought us one fan, for my husbands side, of the bed, not happy. The lady at the front desk applied 1000 points to a IHG acct she made for me, whats that gonna get me? A water?... i cant stay at a hotel for less than 80k points, i think i deserve a free room for a night, for the hassle, js'
