'Really just the only choice to stay in Kansas City. Why? Well, the hotel is quite perfect in quality and cleanliness. The rooms are very large. The rooms are very quiet. The hotel is built into the side of mountain rock where the natural rock is actually the hotel wall; along with a waterfall inside as well, of course. There is an entire inside "mall" attached to the hotel (through one flight of stairs) where many different stores offer shopping with multiple themes. There are a few choices for...

'Really enjoyed this stay. The staff were very nice considering a mixup with overbooking, but thankfully I was able to keep my reservation without any added stress. We came from about 8 hours away and were treated super nicely. Room and lobby were spotless, and also made it even nicer than we were only 5 minutes away from our venue! Also, Starbucks being in the building - HUGE PLUS. '

Overall found the place a little grungy for the price like there was a stain on the carpet and something on the wall that looked spilled. Not disgusting just not spotless I would say. The coffee was never there in the morning it felt like and that was a little annoying. However overall good experience, felt safe and comfortable so good experience overall.'
