'No microwave was astonishing. No ice machine on the floor was also a problem (waited 20 mins for ice from reception). Bed is definitely outdated and uncomfortable. Disappointing that nothing was complimentary (I guess the ice and soap were). The bathroom and shower were great. Soaps were great. We loved the silence. The staffs energy and optimism could improve as well.'

'Room was clean and well kept, but the AC in our room kept shutting off or just didn’t work. Even if it was finally blowing out cold air, the air was so muggy in our room. Definitely a moisture issue. Downstairs is very well AC’d but not the rooms. Other than that, a nice clean, safe place to stay within great distance of Power and Light District!'

'We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.'

'The front desk was amazing! They were very helpful. We went during one of the World Cup games and you wouldn't have known, we didn't have any issues with the breakfast or parking even with the hotel being fully booked. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, and water was hot. It was quiet. The breakfast had traditional hotel breakfast items but it was really good and there was plenty of it. I would definitely book here again just based on the cleanliness and hotel staff!'

'The hotel was very nice. We were there for World Cup soccer. Disappointed the hotel didnt have any soccer themed decor anywhere. Didn't feel like the energy the rest of city had. Only 1 pack of coffee for room reserved for 2 people. Shampoo was empty. We called for more of each, never got it. Room was very clean and location ideal.'

'My stay was very disappointing and reflected serious leadership and management issues. The hotel is clearly outdated and does not justify the premium rates it charges. During the World Cup, room prices were nearly three times the normal rate, yet the level of service actually substandard. One of the elevators was out of service throughout my stay, creating long waits, and one day my room was not cleaned at all. When I asked about it, the front desk, housekeeping staff, and even the manager each...
