'Everything about our stay was great. Communication with the owner was like texting a friend. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable and cozy. Great parking spot too. Close to everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a nice place to stay for a great value. We hope to return often and come to this same property in the future. '

'We had a great weekend on the beach in Cocoa. This house had such a relaxing vibe. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The suite downstairs was really spacious with a full bathroom. It had a king size bed and a twin bed and room enough for toddler cot. The outdoor deck was huge with a nice seating area and also a dining table and gas grill. The house was fully equipped and being right on the beach was the best. 'Cute place. Fun times. Great location. Able to go downtown easily and are a block away from the beach. Lots of stuff to help you get to the beach and enjoy it. Plus having a pool for days you just want to hang out. '

'Beautiful place and great location. The house was very tastefully decorated and pool/patio area were both private and expansive. Hosts were accessible throughout. We were steps from the beach and had easy access to many great restaurants. We even caught a launch one night from the beach. Highly recommend!'

'this property could sleep 10 easily. It is a huge house beautiful the only thing is they don’t have enough blankets to her. If you want to lay on the couch and it’s cold the kitchen is fully stocked blender crockpot anything you need it’s there. On the thing it says three minute walk to the beach. It’s literally across the street not even three minutes in the beach is almost like a private beach. my family and I would definitely stay there again.'

The VRBO Host made this stay exceptional and communicated extreme well during our stay and even accommodating our request for early and late check out. '

"Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. De plus le samedi matin à 8h le personnel faisait des déménagements de meubles en claquant les portes! Le personnel de la réception ne s´est meme pas excusé. L´hotel est principalement utilisé par des voyageurs avant ou après un départ en croisière, le personnel ne fait aucun effort puisque l´hotel est plein. Très triste et une honte pour la chaine Radisson! A éviter! "
