Conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, along with plenty of other shops and restaurants. It's about an hour drive to Disney and the other major theme parks.

The Indian River, just blocks away, is a great place to paddle board, boat, fish, and check out local wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, wading birds, etc.

Indian Harbour Beach and the surrounding areas have plenty of shopping, nightlife, and restaurants. Be sure and try Papagallos and Longdoggers, each only a 5-10 minute drive. A ten minute drive to Downtown Historic Melbourne offers more shops, restaurants, art festivals and bars. There is so much to do here with the beach, water sports, fishing, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, piers, golf-courses, and Disney/Orlando Parks all nearby.
