'After years of exclusive IHG loyalty, I gave Best Western Plus another chance, having left the brand years ago over poor service. As someone who books 175 to 200 rooms annually for business and personal travel, I wanted to see if things had improved. We arrived at 1:40 PM after an 800-kilometer drive. 'Very nice newer hotel. Staff were friendly and engaging. Room was clean and spacious. Water park was basic, with an adequate pool, hot tub and waterslide. Plenty of free parking on the property. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food items (eggs, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, bread and bagels, cereal, fruit, juice coffee and milk). Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A very nice place to stay.'
