'An der angegebenen Adresse existiert überhaupt kein Hotel. Mir wurde am Anreisetag mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel angeblich geschlossen sei und ich woanders untergebracht werde. Das andere Hotel ist in Ordnung jedoch weiß das Personal nicht gut Bescheid und es kostet viel Zeit und Nerven vor Ort zu klären, dass man eigentlich woanders reserviert und schon bezahlt hat. Wirkt insgesamt alles etwas verdächtig. '

'Overall a great experience. Very accommodating staff. There was a water leak from rain and they checked it out and moved our room quickly. Any time we had questions the staff was happy to help. The breakfasts were good as well. Great place to stay and in a beautiful historic part of the city.'

'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket !
Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by.
It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use).
The room was cleaned every day.
The bed was good. The shower was excellent,as well as the airco.
Omar and the girl at the reception (forgot her name)were very friendly and helpful !

'El desayuno muy rico. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la catedral.
Había mucho ruido en las habitaciones por las noches por los negocios cercanos y/o los aires acondicionados de las otras habitaciones. La cama y las almohadas no estaban cómodas.
Dejaron solo 1 botella de agua para las dos noches para dos personas, al menos deberían de dar 1 botella por persona y por noche. El papel de baño fue insuficiente.'

'El hotol esta bien ubicado, la limpieza bien, por lo meno el cuarto que me tovo (101) primer piso no esta mal. Agua caliente. Para mejorar, la caja fuerte no son confiable, la Tv no puder ver nada local. No tienen parking, si alquila un vehiculo tienes que correr toda la zona colonial. Ya que hay gente que ponen conos rojo para cobrarte, le llame la atencion a uno y hable con la policia de turismo y esto me dijeron que el parking en la calle es sin costo. Para desayunar es fuera del hotel al...

'On n’est même pas rentré à la maison car le secteur était très dangereux. On s’est croisé avec une chicane plein de monde, des bâtons et même un fusil. Pas du tout la zona colonial très dangereux pour les touriste. '
