Herenhuizen in Santa Rosa Beach

'Room was clean but I wouldn’t say spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Beach access was super convenient. Everything you need within walking distance. Balcony is on the back side of the building but still a wonderful view & experience. There were ice chests, a beach blanket & umbrella in the closet for use as well! Super easy check in!'

'Had a great stay here. I’m big on cleanliness and this property was very clean. Perfect location!! Had everything we needed.'

'Great location and great stay! Super close to shops and food and the balcony view is perfect!'

'Great place. Only thing is definitely need some updating…Their were paint stains smeared all on the Master bedroom curtains. Update appliances, not a lot to cook with. Other than that Great location and I recommend. 8/10'

'Loved our stay! Super clean, everything you need is there! Next level communication!'

'Was worried about unit being across the street from ocean. I’ve always stayed in condos with direct access to beach. The location of this one was ideal and the walk was very short. Plus the last renters gifted their beach chairs and that made the beach stay even better! I highly recommend spending the money for chairs if they are no longer there. The bike rental is another short walk and will definitely want to rent bikes for at least two days and drive to high ends of 30A. We used those to...

'Was a great place will stay agin. Ashley was wonderful to work with . Close to beach and not so crowded is what I like'

'Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst Experience at Fourth of July'

'Beautiful view of the beach, very clean and nicely decorated. Quick access to the beach, restaurants and souvenirs. Also, texting with the management team was very helpful for quick questions, and once when the elevator wasn’t working, which was quickly resolved. We felt very comfortable and safe.'

'Overall our stay at this condo was really good. The location is nice with an easy walk to the beach. We do enjoy sitting on the balcony and people watching or seeing the ocean, and at this condo the palm trees blocked much of our view. However, it was clean and check in/out was easy. We also enjoy cooking to save some money, so having some BBQ utensils would have come in handy. Overall, this is the best condo that we have stayed at since starting our trips to Gulf Place!'

'Loved the location and the view!'
