We stayed here for our anniversary last year and loved it . Decided to stay again this year. We arrived at 4:00 and our code didn’t work. There are no employees at the property,
Only on phone. We called the number and was on hold for 25 minutes. All while a recording was saying your estimated wait is 2 minutes. Finally someone answered and I heard roosters crowing in the background. By this time we had been trying to get in our room an hour. It was 5:00. We got in and the room was decent. Not as nice as last year. The kitchen sink didn’t work at all. We checked if the water under the sink was hooked up and on and it was but we had to use the bathroom sink only all week. The biggest issue was ants! I have pics. The stove area stayed covered in ants we were trying to kill. We didn’t even have food in the room. They were coming in down the wall . I have pics of the ants as well as the trash.. during the whole time we stayed the trash in the elevator areas were never once picked up and the trash was piling up the walls . One garbage bag even stayed at the bottom of the stairs . I was told that a diff company is now over the property that was last year. During the whole stay I didn’t see one employee. The maid carts never moved . Also I got numerous texts on my phone for the last two days “reminding” us checkout was coming up. Even one at 8am on our last day?! Believe me we know when we are checking out ! I think this is our last time staying at 30-a suites
