'Vriendelijke mensen. Badkamer versleten en slecht functionerende douche'

'Good service. Place is small.'

'Taylor was very helpful with my husband, who is handicapped.'

'Staff was friendly. It smelled and looked brand-new. My room was spacious and clean. Convenient location. I will definitely stay here again in the future.'

'The room was very clean and spacious. Quiet area. The garden areas were very accessible and enjoyable to use. The staff very helpful and friendly. I loved also just walking around the adjacent neighborhood, the mountain view;spectacular!'

'Front office needs new staff who know how to interact with the public. When speaking with the manager they were bypassing the fact that their employee should not be escalating a situation by responding with smart remarks and belittling their guest. This made the experience very difficult to like this place. Smirking and shaking your head and huffing your breath and over talking and raising your voice while a guest is trying to explain a situation should not be a person at the front desk and...

'We hadden een kamer aan de weg kant. Dat is best lawaaiig. Nu zijn wij vanuit thuis een drukke straat gewend, maar een snelweg is toch anders. Als je een lichte slaper bent, vraag dan om een kamer aan de andere zijde. Ontbijt was verder prima verzorgd. Overall een prima hotel voor een overnachting tijdens je roadtrip.'

'The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The staff was also helpful when we needed additional towels. Our only concern was the elevator felt very shaky and was far from the front entrance.'

'I love this hotel. One criticism i have is that i wish they had a nespresso machine or any machine for espresso. The restaurants nearby had an insane hour wait or more. 2nd criticism is no drawers for any clothes. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. I would stay there again'

'Schoon en rustig heerlijk voor ons kamer gezeten met een koffie en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel'

'staff was very nice & helpful'

'We stayed here as a gateway point for the Ventura and Oxnard harbors. It was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was an additional cost, which we did not utilize. There were, however, Keurig machines in the room that helped us start our day. The front desk was exceedingly helpful, and both willing and happy to provide assistance when asked. The service made this stay standout. I would stay again.'

'Great place. Simple but clean and neat. Close to Outlet, nice restaurant and highway'
