Hôtel près de Veterans Memorial Park (Santa Paula)

« The bed was old and will need to be replaced eventually. We had a terrific time there in this beautiful Victorian house and enjoyed dinner with a live jazz pianist. The food and wines were excellent. »

« Staff was friendly. It smelled and looked brand-new. My room was spacious and clean. Convenient location. I will definitely stay here again in the future. »

« The room was very clean and spacious. Quiet area. The garden areas were very accessible and enjoyable to use. The staff very helpful and friendly. I loved also just walking around the adjacent neighborhood, the mountain view;spectacular! »

« Front office needs new staff who know how to interact with the public. When speaking with the manager they were bypassing the fact that their employee should not be escalating a situation by responding with smart remarks and belittling their guest. This made the experience very difficult to like this place. Smirking and shaking your head and huffing your breath and over talking and raising your voice while a guest is trying to explain a situation should not be a person at the front desk and...

« Très propre le personnel est très accueillant. »

« Breakfast was mediocre, husband’s waffle not okay. He said there was something like lumps of brown sugar cooked into the batter. Hard to regulate the air temperature in the room. The queen bed seemed small, like a full. Nice and quiet location though. $11.00 for two KitKat candy bars is a bit steep. »

« Séjour en famille très agréable! Hôtel confortable et agréable: belle piscine! »

« I love this hotel. One criticism i have is that i wish they had a nespresso machine or any machine for espresso. The restaurants nearby had an insane hour wait or more. 2nd criticism is no drawers for any clothes. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. I would stay there again »

« Très bel hôtel avec une chambre spacieuse. La piscine est bien appréciée. »

« Normal stay in this hotel which offers what is expected, not more not less. Nothing exceptionnal: room was clean, bed and wifi good ans easy to park. »

« Bien »

« Mauvaise odeur de la chambre. Environnement bruyant. »
