She gave so much of her time making sure we could find the apartment sharing wonderful detailed maps, suggesting restaurants with directions. 'The key situation is not confusing as another review stated, it is just not standard for the US to have these kinds of locking systems where you have to use a key to physically open the door instead of unlocking a handle.
