Welcome to our beautiful Villa, the very essence of Andalusian Spain and Santa Barbara. Imagine stepping into the light filled great room, with its polished Spanish tile floors and white washed stone surfaces. Banks of windows in each room overlook the private courtyard, lawn and rose garden. With the windows open (or standing out on one of your 4 decks) you can hear the wonderful bubbling of the grand fountain, day and night.

This luxurious villa has over 2,000 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths with a Queen sized bed in both the Master Suite and the second bedroom, with over-sized bunk bed in the third bedroom. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and an extra deep Jacuzzi tub. There are four levels in the Villa. All bedrooms are on a second level of the house while kitchen and living room are on a third one. All floors are accessible by elevator except roof deck.

There are three fireplaces, flat screen television, surround sound and internet access. All linens, towels, furniture and artwork are of the highest quality. Villa Malaga is located well off-street and is surrounded by lush landscaping and greenery that obscure other buildings, providing a special sense of privacy and security.

The roof deck, with sweeping views of the American Riviera and glistening Pacific Ocean, provides that extra outdoor living space for fresh-air dining or just relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea breezes. There is an outdoor fireplace on this deck inlaid with a hand painted Spanish mural, a separate fountain and 360 degree views of all that Santa Barbara has to offer.
Villa is located in Cinque Terre, a stunning building just two blocks from the beach and four blocks from Stearn’s Wharf in the heart of the Water Front District. It is completely gated and has a private garage with a dumb waiter that will whisk your provisions to both the sleeping and living levels.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, featuring custom cabinets, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, 6-burner commercial grade Viking range and an over-sized GE convection/microwave.

Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement. Appartement valt vaak tegen na de mooie plaatjes op internet, maar kwam in dit geval tegemoet aan de verwachtingen. Heerlijk dakterras. Op loopafstand van zee. Kortom, heerlijk verblijf gehad. Wij zouden er direct opnieuw boeken.

Spacious, very clean, and well organized condo with beautiful mountain views from the living room and the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for our family of five—plenty of room and privacy for everyone.The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved making breakfast each morning and enjoying it on the upper terrace—definitely our favorite part of the home! Being here in April, the temperature was just right.The location was ideal. We kept our car in the garage and easily walked to nearby restaurants, the beach, and the Marina for boat tours - all very close to the house, and biked to downtown and Montecito.We were very happy with our stay in this upscale condo. The only suggestion we have for the owners is to consider upgrading the primary suite bed from a queen to a king—it would make a great stay even better.

The place is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved the roof deck for late afternoon cocktails and morning recon after early walk. The lr and dining room were gorgeous, but we never had time to use them! Highly recommend. We had a memorable 4 day break.

We could walk everywhere - the beach, the pier, State Street and more. With a family of 7, we chose to eat our dinner meals at home - and everything was available in the kitchen. It was so relaxing and enjoyable to share time with our family who lives in Australia and California. Thank you!

Our family of four stayed for 5 nights in December for an "early Christmas" gathering with lots of cousins staying nearby. We love the location near beaches, the harbour and Sterns Wharf.This is a very comfortable home with several gathering spaces. We especially enjoyed the roof-top terrace with large outdoor dining table, comfy outdoor sofa and fireplace. Also offers a well-appointed kitchen and spacious living room with lots of seating and fireplace.We appreciated the quality bedding and so many terraces for wonderful cross-breezes during the day.Thank you for your hospitality, Tatiana.It was a "five star" stay for us.We hope to return.

We were in Santa Barbara for a family wedding and had to rent several properties to accommodate our blended family. The arrangement of bedrooms/beds and baths was perfect for what we needed. The home was beautiful and the rooftop space was just the icing on the cake. The rest of the family was very impressed and we were all very comfortable with the space. There were a couple markets right around the corner which was convenient, but that was about as much exploring of the neighborhood we had time to do. Overall, the home made our trip a real winner!

Tatiana's property is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked & appointed. It was the perfect place for our family to stay for the week of my daughter's wedding. Everyone had plenty of space, the kitchen was well appointed, and the roof deck was a lovely place to hang out in the evenings. We were within walking distance to the harbor, the pier, the Funk Zone, and several great restaurants and shops. The parking space in the common garage actually has its own door, which made it a great space for storing some of the wedding gear leading up to the event, and the dumb waiter made it easy to get groceries up to the kitchen level. We absolutely loved the space and would definitely stay there again!

Overall, property was great! We happened to go on an unusually hot weekend in September so not having AC was a bit difficult at night for us. But the listing specifically stated no AC so we were aware when booking. Not the house’s fault for the weather. They did have fans in all of the rooms which was a must. The host was very quick in answering questions before our arrival, which was really nice! It was in a great location next to so many places to eat and shop. The rooftop area did have a lot of spiders around the couch area which made us not want to enjoy that space as much, but I guess when outside expect nature. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property is as advertised! The place was beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, luxurious towels in the bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We had a great time. The place was as-advertised. There is a flight of stairs up to the front door. The three bedrooms are on the bottom floor. There is a flight of stairs up to the top floor, where kitchen and dining room / living room are. We got good exercise going up and down those stairs multiple times a day!
