'The staff helps you with anything. They are very friendly. Breakfast is great and is all brought to your table. Rooms are cooled and location is great near Llotja and close to cathedral. Only negative: Besides the jacuzzi there is no pool so in case you are planning to enjoy a swimming pool in an extended stay I wouldn’t recommend but I would definitely stay again!'

'We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. 'Mooie accomodatie met strand op loopafstand. Vervoer met boulevardtreintje voor omgeving,taxi op afroep,busvervoer naar hoofdstad Palma. Net verzorgd hotel met mooie kamers,goede schoonmaak,behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel,gevarieerde buffetten, Wij gaan zeker terug .'

'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '
