'We had a great stay here! The rooms were clean and beautiful and the common areas were spacious and comfortable! It was a quick walk to the beach and the host provided lots of beach stuff! Aside from a couple loose door handles and a dysfunctional dishwasher, it was perfect! '

'Wow! This property was absolutely stunning! It was so spacious and clean. Our group of 7 had plenty of room for our stay. The outdoor space is just as impressive as the interior. It was perfect! We enjoyed the large pool, hot tub, pool table, and cornhole boards. There is a lot of patio furniture for lounging and the large outdoor table was great with plenty of seating. One thing we did find was that the concrete steps and landing by the dock, when wet, was incredibly slippery and we had wished...

'The house was up-to-date, comfortable and just the right size for our family. To have bikes, pool floats and beach gear was perfect. The shower was amazing. Loved being at the pool all day, barbecue. We want to make it a tradition keep going back it was that great. Jessica is a wonderful host with the best communication.'

'The listing photos versus what is on the property are two different things. In the listing you see bicycles for guest use. Those are in disrepair, flat tires and inner tubes, unusable and covered with garbage in the garage. You see multiple kayaks; there is only one. You see multiple arcade games; there is only one. The air hockey table does not work. Batteries in the remotes were dead, outdoor pool lights do not work. Place was clean overall. Kitchen poorly appointed. If you want to have steaks...

'We really enjoyed this property the lake view was really peaceful. The pool was great. The location of the property was great so close to downtown Cape Coral, Down town Fort Meyer’s was just a short drive away, lots of great golf courses in the area. Lots of restaurants around and nice to have a grocery store not too far away also. The house was stocked with everything you could possible need to stay in and cook. Great house will defiantly stay again. '
