'The girl at the reception at our arrival was very nice and helped us out greatly. Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes and could use renovation.'

'Ok'

'We had an enjoyable stay here for 2 nights in the Rosemary suite. We were extra fortunate that the other suites in the building were not occupied so we had all of the common areas to ourselves. Everything was comfy, the kitchen has very nice appliances though no ice. The Market is a block away and a good place to grab a bite. One word of warning for booking through Expedia: make sure you get the door codes before you arrive; there is no front desk to check in at.'

'Be aware that this room is located on a busy narrow street in Hinton with lots of traffic noise. We had trouble accessing our room because the keyless entry system was not programmed correctly. We had to contact the host and have him come out to let us in.'

'No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with'

'Very few outlets available and none near bed to use for CPAP machine. HVAC control was very difficult to regulate; seemed to be colder than setting.'

'Good'

'The room was exactly what we needed…see you again November 9th'

'Overall sanitation was excellent.'

Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving.'

When I called and asked to check in, I was told they had no rooms because of a “water problem”, despite the room already being booked and paid for in advance. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay, and the guy could not have cared less. I said, “You couldn’t have called people to give them a heads up so they could make other...
