'I’ve stayed at this property on multiple occasions through a deal we have with the company I work for but this time I booked through Expedia and I was given the worst service. I required a late check out after a meeting was moved. I’ve been able to do late checkout many times before without any issues or being charged but was told this time that I would be charged $75. Not sure if this is a new policy but the employee was very rude during the exchange. The construction was also incredibly loud...

'Rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was good, lots of room. I really enjoyed the breakfast muffins. Only complaint I have is that I wish there was a tea pot in the room. You can always go to main lobby to get tea and coffee, but no teapot or coffee pot in room. Room did come with a small fridge.'
