You will surely enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath self-catering villa. Located in one of the best locations in the resort to enjoy watching other golfers playing on the Golf Course! All brand-new tile floors, doors, furniture and furnishings. The living area and the master bedroom both have air-conditioning and heating (additional cost). The kitchen and bathrooms are also all brand new! This is a beautiful place to enjoy the sun all day long as well as wonderful westerly sunsets. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The pool area has sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has two single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, Ceiling fan and patio doors with shutters that opens to the terrace.

The gorgeous new kitchen has everything you need which includes a washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and an oven. This Villa has a beautiful terrace to enjoy fantastic sunsets! The terrace is complete with a stone chimney barbecue area and a table and chairs and is not overlooked by neighbouring villas. Total privacy. The dining area on the terrace has a table and chairs to seat six (6) people comfortably. The living area boasts a large sofa that can fold out for more comfort. A coffee table, CD stereo player and a large television with satellite channels complete the room. Large patio doors lead to the spacious terrace.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
