Negatief: Personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This place was nothing like the pictures. First off, this is NOT a hotel — it feels more like a motel.
When I checked in, they handed me a regular key and basically told me “don’t lose it or you’re out of luck,” which already set the tone. The room looked outdated, like something out of an old house. The A/C worked, I’ll give them that, but at night the room stayed bright because of a strong outside light from the building next door. The curtains were thin, white, and sheer — so no privacy or darkness to actually rest.
They also charged my card twice, although to be fair, they did correct it after.
I tried to sit in the outdoor patio area, but the staff seemed more focused on talking to each other than helping guests. After sitting there for about 13 minutes without any attention, I just left and went somewhere else for breakfast.
There were also basic things missing — no phone in the room, no safe, no iron. The surrounding block is very dark at night, which didn’t feel great either.
The only real positive is that the beach is right there.
This was my first vacation in a long time, and honestly, this place took away from the experience. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t consider this a hotel! Wait bathroom had no curtains so people on the balcony across can see you .
