Renovated in 2010, the bathroom in February 2024, the apartment is located on the second floor of in a very quiet apartment building about 100 meters from the center. Following the street in about 5 minutes you can find yourself directly in the heart of the city. About 100 meters from our facility you can find parking in the free spaces without the need to pay. The accommodation is equipped, as mentioned, with 3 satellite TVs (one in each room and one in the kitchen) with USB input, one of which is a smart TV of the latest generation, connected to the network, where you can watch the most common apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Infinity, Tim vision etc. As mentioned, it consists of 2 large rooms and kitchen with air conditioning. There is a large bathroom and a small storage room with washing machine. All apartments are equipped with Wifi with TIM 200 Mbps fiber. The kitchen has a kitchenette with dishwasher, standard electric oven, microwave oven, and toaster. In the dwelling you can also find iron and ironing board, fans, sheets, blankets, towels, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, dishes, and everything you need for your stay.
