'Nice little hotel close to public transport. Was clean. No reception but easy to communicate with. I only wish there was a kettle for tea, too. I stayed in room 5. There are stairs inside the room to access the restroom.'

'⭐️ 1 STAR — AN EXPERIENCE I WOULD NOT REPEAT

When I contacted management and asked why my deposit was being withheld, I was told there were “notes” regarding the alleged incident. I requested documentation or evidence...

'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly. What I did not like is the 4pm check in. Because it is so late everyone checks in at that time but the n the desk was understaffed with just one person, the line was huge. I also did not like that other hotel guests prominently warned us not to use the elevators because they would get stuck. I’m claustrophobic and the elevator was really hot so we chose to walk the stairs. I feel the staff should have warmed us about it at the checkin.'

'The room was clean but it was very simple not as described in the photos, nothing to use like toothpaste toothbrush or paper towel, we arrived the host could t find room for us even though we did reservation before head. Then we left the room and when we were back the key wouldn’t open the door we went to front desk they asked for $150 deposit to activate the key, next morning the fire alarm went on for the whole hotel at 7am we went downstairs it was a false alarm. No one either bothered to...
