« The house is beautiful and comfortable. Near Guayama and Patillas so it was a perfect location for us. The street is kind of a busy road and a noisy car every now n then but not too bad.The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly to my texts. There was a parking situation that was not the hosts fault and they called right away to offer help which I greatly appreciated.One of the AC remotes wasn’t working but we switched the battery and used the other remote to control both ACs. « I waited approx 40 minutes before getting response from host. Parking was limited with the exception of a lot where you have to go over side walk with ur car with a big rock in between. Trust me you wont have an oil pan after parking. The apt. Is on top of a hill, the area doesn't appeared safe at all. After seeing location not finding a place to park, i decided to leave however i loss all my money. No refund. Host never contacted me to at least refund half of the money. A total loss and waist...
