« We arrived after a big storm and the power was out It was cold and dark, but the staff didn't pout They found us a room and showed us the way Just wrote down my info so the next day I could pay The next morning the staff said happy holidays and gave my kids a treat and a smile It might not seem like much, but we loved that they went the extra mile We got a late checkout because my wife had meetings It was a definitely a really good stay even though it was fleeting »

« Door key wouldn’t work every time I left the room. Had to go to front desk each time to get a new key. TV was touch n go. No pool. »
