The living areas are on the ground floor. The veranda serves as a bright dining room in all seasons. The fully equipped kitchen is situated between the living room with its comfortable leather armchairs and the veranda. The 800m² garden is fully fenced and includes a children's play structure. There is a terrace next to the veranda. Complete garden furniture is provided.

The cottage has 4 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and 2 separate toilets.

Accessible to people with reduced mobility (not wheelchair accessible): elevator, shower seat, raised toilet, and grab bars.

Shops nearby: restaurant and grocery store a few meters away. Other shops and services are 4km away (Saint Suzanne).

An ideal starting point for exploring the Coëvrons region: Saulges, its historic town and caves, Montaigu, the Charnie forest, Tertre-Ganne, and the Erve Valley. Hiking and trail running routes are available.

A €2 garbage collection fee will be charged per item, payable to the owner upon departure (due to annual quotas implemented by the municipality).

Business stay: Maximum 5 people
1-2 night stay: Check-in 5 pm - Check-out 5 pm
3 night or more stay: Check-in 5 pm - Check-out 10 am. The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility, but not wheelchair users due to the presence of some steps.

Elevator access (one 10cm step) - 1st floor bathroom: shower with one small 10cm step, built-in seat - WC on level 0 and one raised toilet with grab bar.

Not suitable for wheelchairs due to several 10cm steps and limited width of some bedroom entrances on the 1st floor: 70cm and one 80cm.
