'Arrived early 1pm room was however available . If we wanted to use it early we needed to pay 15 euros which we did as it had snowed and was cold . Check in is not until 5pm and you have to check out by 10 am , not even 24 hours ! Room was cold 17 degrees radiator did not work air conditioning unit inadequate for size of room . No tea / coffee facilities in room . Breakfast not included . We were moved to another room which was much warmer . However tap in bath was loose and shower leaked all...
