« We stayed in the cottage over the New Year to celebrate the holidays with family. It was very warm, clean, and cozy. It had all the things needed to hang out and cook and play games with family. She shower was amazing!....and the Christmas decorations and overall decor was so cozy and cheerful. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity. »

« My husband and I needed a few days of quiet and solitude and Janet and her cottage were perfect in every way! The covered porch made for a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the rain and the birds singing. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen provided what I needed to cook (one of my ways to unwind), the fireplace was a great addition...Janet thought of everything. The property and the cottage exude peace...just what we needed! »

« This little house is full of wonderful surprises! This rental has EVERYTHING you need and more! The warm welcome left on the counter was so thoughtful. Everything inside has been immaculately decorated and incredible attention has been given to detail throughout. SUPER clean, and the heated floors in the bathroom and sunroom were such a luxury, especially while enjoying morning coffee. I hope to be able to stay here when in the area again. »

« It was just wait we needed. Little noise because of location but very close to our family. However, the only think that was missed was a hair dryer, I thought that was a given like an iron that was there and towels. I bought a one and left it so the next person will have one. I hope they leave it in there. The other thing is I have stayed many places and never been ask to strip the bed. I thought that would have been part of cleaning fee a paid. »

« Sit by the River, listen to the birds, watch the eagles, feel the breeze, and have access to lots of great restaurants, all kinds of music, shopping and historic sites. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi and Roku TV. Very clean, and if you’re lucky you might get to meet a sweet dog named Finn. If you want an “upscale” resort with amenities this is probably not your spot, but we LOVED it! Thanks, Anthony for being a thoughtful host. 😊 »

« Beautifully furnished house. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets like silk. Had a lovely dinner at Boudreaux .Be sure and try the cajun mashed potatoes and the seafood jambalaya> Yum »
