'This hotel looked very nice when we booked it, after arrival the enthusiasm quickly vanished. Rooms are very small and the hotel (more a B&B) is decorated with second chance furniture. I am sure that there are many people that likes this a lot, not for me. The building needs refurbishing. Breakfast was fantastic!! '

'This is basically a mother-in-law’s quarters within a single detached home in a very quiet little neighborhood well outside, but conveniently close to, larger towns like Hurricane, Springdale and Saint George. It’s located roughly halfway between the Kolob Canyons section of Zion NP and the main Zion Canyon. If you plan to visit both sections, its location could not be more ideal. If you value quietude while on an outdoorsy vacation like I do, this is very much the place to stay. '

'This place was exceptionally comfortable and perfect after a long travel/hiking day! The suite was private, clean, high end and in a nice location. Super comfortable bed, beautiful hot shower, hot coffee, snacks and everything you need to be comfortable. We woke up to find hot air balloons in the morning sky outside! Highly recommended for a great night of rest before heading into Zion. After 4 more nights on the road, I only wish they were all as nice as this one!'

'We were a family of 9 and were all very happy with the accommodation especially with the kitchen utensils, and very nice home. The doors upstairs and bunk bed has a loud squeaky sound but all good.'

'Communication with the host was wonderful. Received check in and check out information the day before each. It was very neat and tidy. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. It was nice having a Mavericks across the street. Zion National Park is only 20ish minutes and St. George is just down the road. It is close to a busy street and may be a bit noisy but you are even supplied ear plugs! '

'Een werkelijk heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor Zion en Bryce. Zelfs de Grand Canyoning is te doen. Communicatie bij het vastleggen van de accommodatie was prima en duidelijk. Het huisje zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en keurig schoon. Prima bedden en een fijne badkamer. Echt een aanrader.'
