« Clean, and silent at night. Beds were warm and comfortable. A couple of restaurants and combini shops are walkable, but the ride to Disney is about an hour by train or 35 minutes by car. Car rides are expensive in Japan. All appliances were functional and the shower always had hot water. »

« We met the host at check in and he kindly showed us the trickier things around the house like the water heater, fancy thermostat, and gas stove. He let us know he was about 15 minutes away if we needed anything. That was a nice reassurance. The stairs are small and no handrail but there are non slip bars on each step for a bit of safety. The balcony was set up nicely and we enjoyed our morning coffee out there. The decor was a nice addition. There's a working washer, no dryer. The location...

« We stayed one night after our arrival to Narita Airport. This location is one stop away by JR train. Google maps provided walking instructions from the station to the hotel. It is in a neighborhood next to train tracks. I wasn't bothered by train noise overnight, but that could have been due to how exhausted I was. Staff didn't seem to speak English but the check in process included some prepared cards that I read and agreed to. They have free coffee, tea, and breads available in the morning....

« Our family of 7 enjoyed our one month stay at Mrs. Sakura's house in Narashino. We created many wonderful, lifelong memories during our time and had fun visiting nearby Chiba, Tokyo and Yokohama. Mrs. Sakura was an excellent host and the property was very clean and comfortable for our large group. Highly recommend, 5 stars all around! »
